The Filling Lift Truck Scales are custom engineered to attach to most types of lift truck carriages, including Class II and Bar-Mount. The scales are built to the capacity of the lift trucks and require no alteration of existing carriages. Filing Lift Truck Scales have a digital accuracy to 1/10th of 1% of scale capacity with lift truck mast in level position. The scale uses a system of multiple flexures which absorb the constant shock of load-bearing. These flexures have no moving parts which reduces the possibility of failure and are designed for easy, on-the-spot replacement, eliminating costly downtime. All Filing Lift Truck Scales feature an exclusive design incorporating two study bolts that impart a 5:1 safety margin. In addition, efficient, low, 4 1/2" lost load center minimizes loss of lifting capacity, irrespective of location of load on forks, and scale has precision load cell suspension for greater linearity. Conforming dimensionally to I.T.A. specificiations for cleat- (hook) type lift trucks, Filing scales attach readily to Class II carriages. The 10-step installation procedure is accomplished with ease in under two hours.
