Entris 2 Totalization

The Entris 2 scale is an excellent piece of equipment that every laboratory owner should consider using for accurate and precise measurements.

If you’re curious about how the Entris 2 scale’s totalization feature functions, you have come to the right article. The Entris 2 scale is an excellent piece of equipment that every laboratory owner should consider using for accurate and precise measurements. These laboratory balances are equipped to meet the best speed, reliability, compliance, and safety standards. Read on to learn how the Entris 2 totalization feature works and how it can benefit you!

How the Entris 2 Totalization Feature Works

First, select the application for totalization on the Entris 2 scale. This takes you to the weighing screen, where you can pick “total” once again and then apply. Now place the beaker onto the weighing pan, tap the balance, and then place the first sample onto the beaker. You can confirm it and remove the first beaker to obtain the data.

Once complete, place the second beaker onto the scale, tare the balance, and place the second sample onto the beaker. You can confirm the second sample and then remove the second beaker to check the totalization result on the scale’s screen. Then, secure the second sample, remove the second beaker, and check the totalization results on the screen. Follow these same steps for the third beaker of what you are trying to measure. Then, toggle between the total weight, the number of samples, and the net weight. From here, exit the application, print the datasheet, and finish the process. You then have your results as accurately and honestly as they could be.
